Rental Home Description

Spruce Heights is a beautiful luxury 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath Aspen Rental Home that has just underwent construction in October 2005. This home rental will provide guests with Direct Ski Access onto Cascade Run in Two Creeks.

This amazing luxury home has many fantastic features including the Interior design by Thomas Bartlett, ASID of Napa Valley, Top quality furnishings, including many antiques and 8 fireplaces and surround sound in primary rooms. The Great Room contains a wood-burning fireplace and a wet bar. The Dining room features seating for 20, the Family/Media Room has a fireplace, 42” flat screen TV and the Billiard Room features a 42” flat screen TV, a fireplace and a wet bar. The Gourmet kitchen contains 2 Miele dishwashers, 2 30” Fisher-Paykel ovens, Thermador 30” warming drawer, 6 burner + griddle cooktop, Viking refrigerator, microwave, Miele built-in coffeemaker and a TV. Some other important features include a Sauna Room (wet or dry), a Humidifier located on each floor, a Mud room with two “stacked” washer/dryer combinations, Heated patios, Heated driveway, 2-Car Heated garage and a Private outdoor hot tub.

The fifth bedroom contains 2 European doubles with a fireplace, shower and tub, 24” flat screen TV and the sixth bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top), private bath w/ jet sprays.
