Rental Home Description

The Afterglow is a newly constructed luxury 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom rental home located in the Preserve. This home provides direct Ski Access onto private lift with access to Adams' Avenue.

The living room has amazing features and comfort with a woodburning fireplace, a 42" TV flat screen TV/DVD/VCR. There is also a Media Room with a 60" Flat Screen TV/DVD/VCR/ microwave and refrigerator and a Sitting room that is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen that includes a 45" Plasma TV. The private outdoor hot tub is located on the deck in the back of the house.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, a gas fireplace, washer dryer, a private bath with a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, along with a 45" Plasma Television. The next room is a King bedroom as well with a private bath and a 24" flat screen TV/DVD. The third room is another King bedroom with a private bath and a 24" flat screen TV/DVD. The Queen bedroom has a private bath and a 24" flat screen TV/DVD. Finally in the fifth bedroom there are 2 twin beds with one trundle, a private bath, and a 17" flat screen TV/DVD.
